Brillant 3D is a new type of cutting machine equipped with 5 moving axes (X -, Y -, Z -, D -, E-axis). In this way, the cutting wheel can position and cut the sample from almost any position. This cutting machine has all the features of the Brillan 275 universal wet cutting machine, and incorporates many innovative concepts in design, manufacturing, and operation to meet the highest requirements for space utilization and various cutting capabilities. The automatic horizontal cutting table (X-axis) and cutting wheel movement (Y-axis) operate rapidly through a powerful drive shaft, with a maximum movement speed of 80mm/s.

Compact program sequences can be easily edited through touch screens; The parallel setting of cutting wheel protective covers greatly increases the cutting ability during longitudinal cutting; Large sliding doors and side doors with safety locks facilitate access to cutting tables with longitudinal and transverse T-shaped slots; The automatic central lubrication system and circulating cooling system are integrated into a sturdy powder coated aluminum body.

Multi position cutting process (MPP) can cut at different positions at once. The Teach In function makes it easier and more convenient to set and locate the cutting position. Without the need to re clamp the sample, the cutting position can be accurately positioned, eliminating the complex instructions of the sampling process, saving a certain number of fixtures, and minimizing cutting errors. Fully automatic cutting makes the entire cutting process efficient and effective.
